This site is operated by the founder of Quentta as interim operator ("we"). On incorporation, these Terms assign automatically to the company, with notice on this page.

The service, precisely

This website operates a waitlist for the Quentta app. Joining is free, is not a purchase, and is not a contract of sale. You must be 18 years or older.

The founding offer

Founding members receive 30% off the published price of their tier for their first billing period only — the first month of a monthly subscription, or the first year of an annual subscription. All subsequent renewals bill at the then-current published price. Founding benefits are conditional on commercial launch of the named tiers; the offer may be modified or withdrawn prospectively with notice — never retroactively for spots already earned, which are honoured at the rate they were granted. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Subscriptions (at app launch)

Purchases happen exclusively through the App Store or Google Play, under their billing and refund mechanisms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store settings.

Acceptable use · Liability · Governing law

No automated signups, no referral fraud, no interference. The site is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to re-performing the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
